Do you charge a fee?
Your initial conversation is free and there is no obligation to proceed. Our usual mortgage advice fee is £299, payable when your mortgage offer is issued. The actual fee will depend on your circumstances and will not exceed the lower of £1,000 or 3% of the loan amount.
Is Breeze Mortgages regulated?
Yes. Breeze Mortgages Ltd is an Appointed Representative of Stonebridge Mortgage Solutions Ltd, which is authorised and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority.
Do you only advise people in Bath?
No. We’re based in Bath and advise clients across the UK by phone or video. Meetings in Bath and local home visits are also available by appointment.
How long does a mortgage application take?
It varies by lender and complexity, but a straightforward case often gets a formal offer within two to four weeks of a full application going in. We'll give you a realistic timeline once we know your circumstances.
Can you help if I've been declined by my bank?
